Rental Butler is designed for homeowners who rent out their Cyprus property but are not available to manage the day-to-day relationship themselves. We act as your local representative, handling tenant communication, coordinating maintenance, managing access, and keeping you informed throughout.

We start by understanding your property, your current tenant situation if one exists, and your expectations. We agree on how communication works, what decisions we handle independently, and what requires your approval. 

From that point we become your local representative. Tenants know who to contact. Contractors know who to call. You receive regular updates and are only pulled into decisions that genuinely need you.

PRICING

Starting at €350 per year

The Rental Butler service is billed annually, payable in advance upon signing. The agreement runs for 12 months and renews automatically unless written notice is given 30 days before the renewal date.
