For empty homes
& non-residents.

You’re not in Cyprus. Your home is. We check in regularly, keep things in order, and let you know if anything needs attention.

Rental Butler

For rented properties
& distant landlords.

You have tenants but you’re not around. We become your local point of contact so you don’t have to deal with every call at midnight.

Questions owners ask

How often do you visit my home?

With HomeAway Butler, once a month, plus three visits a year for a cleaning or a delivery. Any extra visit is €25, and only after you say yes.

What do I get after each visit?

A short report with photos, on WhatsApp or by email.

Who holds my keys?

We do, stored securely and labelled with codes only, never your address.

What happens when something breaks?

We find the right people, send you the quote, and nothing goes ahead without your OK. One of us is there whenever anyone enters your home.

Can I stop the service?

HomeAway Butler runs for 12 months and can’t be cancelled early. Rental Butler can be stopped with 30 days’ written notice, though the year’s fee isn’t refunded. Both renew each year unless you tell us at least 30 days before.

Which languages do you work in?

English and French, and we speak Arabic.
